Major Work Performed
- Replaced high temperature, high pressure main steam header valves on two main boilers.
- Installed new OS&Y isolation valves to create redundancy and independent isolation for the main boilers.
- Introduced a comprehensive repair and replacement program to maintain critical AHUs servicing the Intensive Care Unit.
- Repaired the condensate system and several water-line leaks as well as replacing several pumps at th eMedical Center.
