Major Work Performed
- Demolished and removed all of the existing HVAC mechanical and ductwork system.
- Furnished and installed HVAC ductwork system.
- Furnished and installed temperature controls.
- Added insulation, refrigerant piping and ductwork system.
HMC completed a comprehensive inventory and evaluation of all electrical, mechanical and ventilations systems. Based on this, all existing HVAC equipment and ductwork were removed and replaced with upgraded, energy efficient including controls system.
